Set your return window and rules
Decide which orders and products customers can return, and when requests are approved automatically.
Return window
The return window is counted from the delivery date. When delivery isn't tracked, Easyback uses the date the order was shipped.
Excluded products
Products with any of the tags you list are shown to customers as not returnable. Use it for final-sale or personalized items.
Exchanges and auto-approval
Turn on exchanges to let customers pick another variant of the same product at the same price. With auto-approval on, requests that pass your rules become Shopify returns immediately.
