Return reasons and email notifications
Use the built-in reasons or your own list, and get an email for every new request.
Return reasons
Easyback comes with ten common reasons, shown in each customer's language. On the Growth plan you can choose reasons from Shopify's return reason library, rename them and set their order.
Email notifications
On the Starter plan and up, Easyback emails you when a new request arrives. Choose the address in Settings, or leave it empty to use your store's contact email.
