Add the returns portal to your store
Put the portal link where customers look for it: your menu, your policy page and your emails.
Find your portal link
Open Settings in the app to see and copy your portal link. It looks like yourstore.com/apps/returns.
Where to add it
- Your footer menu, in Online Store → Navigation.
- Your returns or refund policy page.
- Your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.
