How plans, trials, limits and cancellations work.
Billing
Plans are billed through your Shopify invoice. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial, and charges stop automatically when you uninstall.
Monthly requests
Each plan includes a number of requests per month. If you go over, requests keep coming in and we suggest a bigger plan. There are no overage fees.
Changing plans
Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the Plan section in the app.
